this tent did get put up, despite the clear flaw in the methodology, and many grateful runners benefitted from a massage from David within it's walls following the Run . . and over on the other side of the Pavilion, the car park was filling up nicely . .

inside the Pavilion, marshals were being briefed . . lost or forgotten numbers were being replaced . . and tea and coffee was drunk as we all waited for the magical time of 10 past 10 . .

outside, work was still going on to ensure that everything was in place before the Run started . .

 

whilst other runners, friends and families were meeting up, warming up, and catching up . .
