There always seems to be loads to do before a run, so when there are bikes involved, it gets really busy . .

 . . but by 10.30 Paul decided that everyone was ready and so he called everyone forward . .

and gave a quick pre-event briefing . .

whilst everyone with a camera got as far down the road as they could before the first run began . .
