another lovely sunny summer morning at the lakeside . . and the intrepid open water swimmers were amongst the first to arrive, grateful for the warm sun . .
as ever, warming up seemed mostly to consist of standing on one leg, pushing the fence or a tree down, or nattering . .
another week, another pose!!! and there can be a loo queue, so don't leave that till the last moment whatever you do!!!
no, I don't know why I took these either . . but they're far nicer looking ankles than mine!!
