well, it was a hot race . . and 27.31 after setting off I completed my first ever parkrun . . thoroughly enjoyed it despite being scolded by a certain Race Director for chatting too much . . what a lovely course it is . . as soon as possible after running I picked my camera back up and started snapping again . . I had to justify my Volunteer credit after all!!
