from the Lake we crossed over to the parkrun bit . . and as ever there were volunteers there already starting to mark the course . . it was a gorgeous sunny morning and looked like it was going to be a hot race . .
in the middle of the park was a colony of mushrooms . .
and as ever, lots of conversation and lots of stretching . .
