I returned to the finish area just before the last few runners, and the grass in the finish funnel hadn't quite been completely squashed by the 260 or so feet that had run through . .

. . waiting for the final few runners to return . .

. . and once all were safely gathered in, it was off to Coffee Republic . . as always taking a photo of the Thames in each direction . .

. . taking time to admire the most recent addition to one of the Town Centre flower beds . .

. . and getting this shot of County Hall, now that all the scaffolding and building work detritus has been removed from around it . .

. . and enjoying the sunshine, the coffee and the good company . . and the satisfaction of another parkrun successfully staged . . and looking forward to the next one . .
