these lads were having a great time running round the course picking up all the signs and tape . . until they came around this bend and found themselves in a scene from Holby City as one unfortunate runner was being cared for whilst we waited for the ambulance . . and the runner concerned was fine once she'd had the chance to recover . .

although the ambulance didn't have an easy job reaching us . .

meanwhile there was lots to see on the water . .

and in the sky where shortly after this modern jet-liner came over . .

we were thrilled by the Battle of Britain Flight's Avro Lancaster passing overhead . .

and then this goose showed us how it's really done!

I just wondered if this was someone's comment on their performance in the race?
