As the final runners made their way over the final couple of miles, the marshals followed them over Pitstone Hill into Tring and the finish at Tring Park Cricket Club . .

where, thanks to the colour of the race t-shirt . . it looked like a H&S fest was taking place . .

Marshals and helpers were busy making sure that tired runners' times were recorded . .

 . . and upstairs in the Cricket Club many of the runners were waiting for the prize giving whilst enjoying a well-earned drink or two . .

Most of the award winners were still around . . congratulations to all on your achievements . . and sorry that some of you aren't quite as sharp around the edges as I'd like you to be . .
