Here are 7 pages of thumbnails showing the runners at different parts of the course . . first of all heading towards the start corner for the first time . . and at almost the same place for the second time round . . but after some of the runners had passed me twice I slowly started to inch my way up towards the finish . .

No easy way to find your photo, I'm afraid . . each page has around 40 thumbnails (which you can click to open a larger image) and I expect that most of the runners are in amongst the photos at least twice . .
