the race is under way and it's time to make last minute adjustments to the lap tops . .

soon enough the runners start to finish and line up to hand in their tokens . . and the stretching and the conversations resume . .

I really must remember to ask people's names (sorry) but I think this is Pamela and Joanna, and Joanna had just completed her 10th parkrun, and they'd both got pb's, which is pretty cool ☺ . . a little early for autumn leaves . . this is my kind of stretch . .

busy times at the lap top stations, with 153 runners (including 23 first timers) to process . .

and once everything's tidied away, there's coffee, or whatever your preference may be, and perhaps a bite to eat . . although there's still things to do, with the number tags to be made ready for next time . .
