by the time we got back to the finish area from taking photos by the cheetahs, almost everyone had finished, but it was good to see that my friends from Dunstable Road Runners were still smiling - always a good sign!

and it was nice to see that so many people had stopped for the presentation, the fun run that followed, and to explore the Zoo afterwards . .

who then handed the prizes out to the winners . .

there was a slight delay, and some relief for the 1st Lady, whilst it was agreed that a male runner had finished ahead of her running with a number which had been issued to a female . .

unfortunately a glitch in the results system meant that I didn't see the Team prizes being awarded, but here are the three guys from Harpenden Aro's - the winning Men's Team . . (seen here at the start of course) . .
