The sunshine was bright and the smiles and greetings were warm at Thornbury on Sunday morning . .

 . . and there was plenty of cake waiting for the runners to return from their 9 mile race around this lovely part of South Gloucestershire . . together with the prizes for the winning men's and women's teams . .

 . . the IT was working well . . and the number collection desk was being kept busy . .

Outside the building, it was such a nice morning that we were happy to hang around in the open air . . meeting up with club mates and friends and supporters . .

Use of the baggage tent was slow at first, but by the time the Rollick started every available space was full . .

 . . and we were all making our way to the start of the race, over at the Pithay, close to St Mary’s Church and Thornbury Castle . .
