The start and finish were ready . .

. . and plenty of doughnuts, plaques and t-shirts were ready and waiting for the runners at the end of their races . .

There were tents to change in and you could keep dry whilst registering . .

. . the Oxfordshire AA Officials were ready . . but the loo queue didn't seem to be diminishing . .

I just wish I'd been there to take the "after" photo as well . .

Meanwhile, there were some hardy souls who were already out on the course walking the Half marathon course . . and here are their photos as they forded the stream . . one lady in particular found the whole thing extremely amusing . .
