The start of the 10k was preceded by a mass warm up - in the circumstances I think it was more of a stretch and loosen up but from where I was, I couldn't see what was going on . .

I heard the start though . . and here's the mass of runners on their way across the meadow . . and as a child nearby said to his parents . . "Look at all those people!" . .
