The table below shows the time of the last runner on each page - if that wasn't available then it's the time of the first runner on the next page. Please bear in mind that this is an approximate guide but it ought to help you get close to the page you're on. I'm not sure if the times I've used take account of the different waves' start times and so you may have to consider that aspect as well if you were in one of the 2 later waves.
