This particular marshal was excellent company at the bottom of Swinbrook Road . . and he did a great job ensuring everyone went the right way and encouraging the runners as he did so . .

With the runners passing by almost non-stop I didn't get much chance to look up but occasionally an opportunity arose and I was able to record the stream of runners coming down the road . .

and as I walked back to the Leisure Centre, I saw this lovely Goldfinch, who gave me a twirl before flying off . .
