The signs tell us not to swim or fly kites . . so let's go for a run then . .

The bridge gave me plenty of opportunity to take some different photos . .

It has to be easier with four legs . . although photography would be difficult!!

Inevitably as soon as I left the canal bank, a barge came along . .

And as I walked back towards the finish there were still things to see . .
