Unfortunately most of the photos I took at Three Locks aren't good enough to show. The light was poor and of course where I took my photos there were trees behind me . . I'd have done better if I'd sat elsewhere . .

My apologies if you can't find your photo here . . hopefully if not you'll find a photo with you in it from the final mile, where I had more joy with the light . .

. . as the table below suggests, the faster you were running, the more difficult it was to capture your image . . ideally you would all have stood still and posed for me but I didn't like to ask!!
