As I arrived, all sorts of ghouls and witches were being briefed, apparently they were standing in for the marshals . . goodness knows where they were!

water, and hot chocolate and marshmallows, were ready for the runners at Race HQ, although they had to wait until after the event to enjoy them . .

and indoors, the trophies were waiting, Eleanor and Liz were looking after the Help Desk, and all these spot prizes were very smartly laid out . .

and the Cayke was The Best!! . .

back outside, the finish area had been prepared . .

and soon it was time to follow the signs . .
