this morning was noticeably cooler than the previous week - autumn's beginning to set in and the Park is looking beautiful with so many different shades and tones decorating the trees and bushes . .

so with drop in temperature there was much warming up to be done, and stretching . .

9 o'clock approached, and once Chris arrived we were almost ready to go . .

but not before on *10 event* and one *50* event t-shirt had been awarded . . well done guys . .

then the time trial was run . . and there was queuing to be done . . and warming down, and of course, conversations to be had!!
