Finally, towards the end of the race, the runners came charging down this slippery hill. Although one early runner took a tumble and gave me hope that I might be in the right place for some "interesting" photographs, almost everyone managed their descent with little or no drama, whilst we enjoyed cheering them on and urging them back up the hill that was just around the corner . .
