For the first time in the 14 years of this event, the sun didn't shine . . well, it was bound to happen some time, wasn't it! Not that a bit of dampness could detract from this great event . .

there were still some places available on the day, so it was busy in Race HQ, and there was always cake to look forward to afterwards . .

couldn't have an event without signs, First Aid volunteers, or water . .

there's a little farm on the school grounds, with some rare breeds (sorry, forgot to write down what they were) and these guys attracted a lot of visitors . . seemed a little harsh having the barbecue just outside though . .

there's plenty of room in the school grounds for warming up, or just hanging around and chattering . .
