The last time I took photos at Sewerby parkrun was event number 32, on the 3rd Saturday of June in 2012. It was a grey and windy morning. On this second occasion, it was once again, a grey and windy morning. I'm hoping for third time lucky, to find the sunshine I remember from my childhood visits, next time I take my cameras to this beautiful spot.

Event number 32 featured 36 runners, assisted by 7 volunteers. Today's event, number 175, was enjoyed by 121 runners, and 11 volunteers. 9 runners took part on both mornings, and I know that some of the volunteers helped out on both days too.

Before the photos, here's some video taken of the runners coming back up along the cliff top, on their way towards the cricket field.

The photos on this page are mostly a look around at Sewerby Hall, and Brid Bay, and the cliffs. The next page has photos of everyone setting off on the first leg of the run, down the slope towards Brid. On the third page are links to 340 photos of all the runners on their way back up the cliff top, and the final page shows the final few finishers, and looks around the finish area, at some of the runners discussing their times and plans for the weekend ahead . .
